Working in kitchen with 6 chefs, producing fresh, simple but tasty food.
Small breakfast, brunch and lunch menu.
You should have experience in running a high end casual dining / fine dining kitchen at SousChef level.
Longevity in previous roles is essential.
Experience in high volume breakfast / brunch service preferred.
