Chefshare are working with our long standing and reputable client to recruit a responsible and passionate souschef to join their team at the beautifully located country hotel that offers a fine dining experience in their two-rosette restaurant.
This role would be a perfect opportunity for a junior Souschef looking for a step up in their kitchen career.

* Work with the head chef to have creative input in weekly specials and menus *The Package:
* * 48 hours a week * Government pension scheme * Weekly pay * Mixture of splits and straights * 28 days annual leave * In house training will be provided *Requirements for the role:
* * Must be able to drive due to the location * At least 2 years’ experience in a fine dining or rosette setting * Have a cool calm attitude * Level 2 food hygiene certificate * Work well in a team and independently * Have a real passion for the food you create and how its presented * Have good communication *What is involved? * * Adhering to all kitchen hygiene standards * Ensuring that all stocks are kept under optimum conditions * Stepping up and leading the kitchen when head chef is absent.
* Placing orders and invoicing.
