Horley, RH6 £35,500 - £37,500 This 4 Red Star award-winning Hotel and restaurant is wanting a SousChef to assist in the production of 3 AA Rosette standard service.
This is a great opportunity to develop your technical and team management skills as a SousChef under the guidance of an experienced Head Chef and get to do so in a small brigade of 7 Chefs with expertise in utilising fresh local ingredients for their dishes.
This Venue is situated on acres of stunning grounds that hold a range of events including exclusive events, weddings, and functions.
SousChef Ideal Profile:
Experience in providing quality fresh food dishes within a 2 - 3 AA Rosette hotel or restaurant Knowledge of the operation of multiple sections within the kitchen Previously worked in a small brigade A strong sense of team spirit and passion for quality and excellence Provide flair and creativity when training the team to continually develop the food offered SousChef Responsibilities:
Assisting in the food preparation of afternoon tea, room service and wedding, and functions Work alongside the Head Chef to create high-standard menus for the restaurant and events Adhering to food hygiene policies and procedures to ensure the safety of the operation and food produced Mentor junior members of staff to ensure standards and met and elevated Undertaking stock control and ordering Benefits:
