SousChef Ideal Profile:
Holds experience in a Hotel kitchen with a high volume Worked at an AA Rosette or above level of service Ability to successfully run a service alongside the Head Chef whilst maintaining respect for everyone within the kitchen Experience in utilising fresh food in a professional kitchen environment A creative individual with the knowledge to assist in creating an award-winning menu Team player who will educate members in the kitchen, pushing them to the highest standard Benefits:
