As SousChef, you'll play an integral role in the growth and direction of the business, working in a popular establishment that caters to locals, regulars, destination customers, business guests, and private dining.
You'll have the opportunity to work across all sections in the kitchen, including lunch, dinner, and private functions.
Collaborating with an award-winning Chef, you'll be involved in menu direction, creating new dishes, team training, stocktakes, and contributing to the daily changing specials menu.
The ideal candidate will have a background in busy fresh food operations, a solid understanding of menu writing and costing, stocktakes, full due diligence, and the ability to run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
Flexibility is key, as you'll need to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, bank holidays, and evenings.
