As a StaffNurse you will meet physical, psychological and spiritual needs by effectively communicating with the patient, their families and your ; StaffNurse dutieswillinclude undertaking extended roles such as venepuncture, cannulation and phlebotomy, contributing to the ongoing research-based care and other practice development initiatives.
As a StaffNurse you would be recognising the signs and symptoms of a deteriorating patients and initiate early interventions in a calm and co-ordinated ; Skills & Experience:
NMC Child Registered Nurse (RN Child / RSCN) with immediate paediatric life supportâ?¯ Understanding of Safeguarding issuesâ?¯ Ideally experience working within a paediatric HDU Excellent written and verbal communicationâ?¯ The ability to work within a multidisciplinary teamHCA Healthcare UK – The World’s largest private healthcare group; providing award winning primary, acute and complex care.
