You’ll supervise a team, produce rota’s and ensure all colleagues follow the relevant guidelines and decontamination protocols.

Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sterile Service Technicians and SeniorsDeputise for the department manager as neededWork with the wider theatre team and consultants with regards to the procurement of equipmentDeliver a safe, and robust decontamination service for equipment in line with policy & procedureWhat you’ll bring:
