StructuralBridgeConsultant - Highways The structuralbridgeconsultant will be responsible for the technical structural interface with Transport of London (TfL) Technical Approval Authority (TAA) and stakeholders in obtaining approvals of all structuralbridge designs to ensure designs are progressed to the next phase of the contract.
The consultant will lead and authorise structuralbridge design deliverables for the TfL Client and other external clients.
The consultant will support the Design team and Construction Team during structural investigation surveys and construction works to ensure design & project requirements are achieved.
The consultant will be accountable for the financial and technical performance of the structure's maintenance, strengthening and new bridge design schemes.
This is an autonomous role within the delivery team with a strong focus on liaison across all design and construction teams within, TfL and Borough clients and external design teams.
