As a Telephony Supportengineer you will be working directly with the head of telecoms gaining unrivalled industry experience while resolving and escalating issues when required on an array of telecoms devices.

The role At Least 2 years' experience in 2nd Line Support Role Experience with telephony systems (Mitel, 3CX, Broadsoft) and SIP technology Ability to troubleshoot network issues related to telephony.
