We are looking for a confident Specialist SupportWorker with a passion for delivering outstanding care in a specialist enhanced support environment.

We also pay £100 per month extra to cover your travel to our service! You’ll be working 42 hours a week (NIGHTS ONLY) , making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Broughton Lodge.
This is a specialist enhanced residential service for adults with autism and a learning disability who may present with behaviours that challenge.
Shift Pattern:
(8pm - 8 am) Week 1:
4 days on, 3 days off Week 2:

Your day-to-day… Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care Act on and deliver specialist support interventions alongside a clinical team to ensure complex care pathways are delivered.
