SystemsAnalyst Circa £28k up to 10% annual bonus Hybrid working - up to 80% homeworking options available Develop your learning systems and process improvement knowledge About the role Our Learning Systems team at NFU Mutual have a great opportunity for you to join as a SystemsAnalyst.
You’ll act as a point of contact for systems administration and changes.
Working on projects and system development, you’ll gain exposure to project management and system configuration/process improvement.
You’ll complete testing and implementation to enable the effective delivery of learning solutions for the business.
This role allows you the opportunity to do your best work, to learn and develop and make your own stamp on how our systems work.
This is a great role to allow you to put your current knowledge into practise with a variety of systems and expand your knowledge to become a better specialist.
You’ll work with teams across L&OD, giving you the opportunity to decide where you would like your career to develop.

You bring a proactive and positive approach to problem solving and enjoy supporting colleagues to provide options and solutions.
You have working knowledge of systems and understand the process of testing to support issue resolution.
A strong communicator, you're comfortable translating systems talk into understandable information for stakeholders and create guidelines to support their learning.
