We are on the hunt for a new Talent & Career Development Specialist and help our people build satisfying careers while positioning us as THE business people want to join to accelerate their growth and development in a dynamically changing world.
You'll be the catalyst for developing and nurturing talent across the organisation contributing to a mission that positions us as a business that not only puts people at the heart of everything we do, but one that empowers everyone to cope with a constantly shifting environment.
Your mission is to make us stand out by helping our people grow from their Day 1 onboarding class to leadership status using your unique blend of skills, knowledge and savvy career advice.
Your Day to Day in this role includes:
+ Creating an internal talent hub that gives Pax8 a competitive edge + Driving rewarding and enriching “career & professional growth” experiences + Working with your EMEA & US Colleagues to localise, design & develop best in class learning programmes using every available resource + Facilitating the onboarding training for new hires and providing, delivering or facilitating training and coaching to support existing colleagues + Continually assess training and amend learning solutions.
This includes creating longer-term training plans to ensure talent retention and engagement.
+ Work with the team to finalise role-based competencies and as needed, facilitate assessments, competency-based discussions and develop employee Career Action Plans to support growth + Review TalentDevelopment processes with a critical eye to identify improvements/ efficiencies that allow the team to reach a broader user base with our current resources.
+ Manage global and EMEA wide training/coaching/development programs with a project management approach We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet 100% of the bullet points! However, you'll be ideal for this role if you have:
+ Substantial experience in Talent and Career development facilitation and training + Previous experience with Korn Ferry competency mapping is a bonus + Experience facilitating soft-skills leadership and communication training + Experience providing career coaching to employees + Advanced communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels + Previous experience with Training Need Analysis and Skills Matrix + Ability to grasp complex ideas and change direction quickly in a fast-paced environment + Ability to be an agile learner who's accustomed to navigating a high-growth, fast-paced environment + Valid Right to Work in the UK Salary & Benefits:
