TeamLeader Shift Pattern:
30 hours per week, Teamleader will work a mixture of both days, nights and weekends on a rolling basis to work with each team member.
Team Brain injury have been providing care and support for Children and Adults with Acquired and Traumatic brain injury in the South of England for 17 years.
We are looking for a teamleader to support our client living in Southampton.
You will be required to work a mixture of day and night shifts to lead a team of support workers.
Your role will include coordinating activities, maintaining documentation, carrying out supervisions and monitoring stock levels of consumables and medication.

Key Responsibilities Lead a team of Support Workers Delivering care Mentoring new team members Manage rotas Oversee care and cleanliness of client and client home is being delivered to the highest standard Update the CCM promptly on any changes which may impact on the Environmental, Fire and Movement and Handling Risk Assessments, to enable the CCM to update these to reflect the changes Carry out return to work interviews and share supervision responsibilities with the CCM To provide emergency cover for staff absences within the package, where possible, or provide support to the CCM in obtaining relevant cover Skills Knowledge and Expertise Will have experience working as a senior in carer with minimum level 2 in health & social care.
