Currently connecting one thousand sites per year, this business are looking to bring on motivated staff in order to facilitate the uptake of further projects, with the aim to be the best in their class within the UK.
The ideal candidate for this role will have some experience within a similar technicalsupport environment and be local to offices based out of Farnborough.

The Role:
*Form part of the service desk team.
*Support customers and employees with technical issues, resolving incidents and service requests.
*Assist the business in continuously improving the contact process.
*Incident trend analysis to improve first time fix rates.
*Initially office-based out of offices in Farnborough, hybrid once established.
The Person:
*Some experience in a similar support-environment technical role.
*Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
*Proactive individual with a passion for solving issues.
*Commutable to Farnborough.
