Your role:
As a TechnicalWriter / Author you will create technical help content across of range of complex products.
You'll collaborate with the Support Team to create self-service guides for customers and task based tutorials including scripts for video content as well as partnering with software engineers to create technical documentation, ensuring that it remains up to date after new releases.

You have experience in a similar TechnicalWriter / Author position You're able to structure and break down complex content to make it easily accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences You can assimilate new information quickly and identify the key concepts You have meticulous attention to detail You have excellent written and verbal English communication skills Salary & benefits:
