The Shaw Theatre is a 446-seat auditorium located at the PullmanLondon St Pancras Hotel in Kings Cross St Pancras.
As a hire only venue this is a great opportunity to be able to host a variety of productions and events as diverse as radio recordings, comedy shows and pantomimes as well as corporate product launches to name a few.
Responsibilities:
Manage all financial, operational and administrative aspects of the Shaw Theatre Liaise, negotiate and contract all productions within the Theatre Proactively seek new enquiry opportunities Responsible for budget management Recruit, train and manage a small and dedicated team of staff Effectively duty manage all Corporate events taking place in the Shaw Theatre Ensure that the theatre complies with all Health and safety and licensing as well as current legislation laws Handle ticket management with hotel systems and ensure revenue is posted correctly Ensure the theatre is maintained to a high standard Ensure a high level of customer service is upheld Skills:
To have a hands-on approach Excellent management and organisation skills Commercially minded Strong people management skills Good decision making skills and ability to work under pressure Previous experience within a Theatre environment Benefits:
