Overview This career opportunity is within our Banking & Financial Services Consulting business unit.
It's a London based position that will work with Global CoreBanking domain leader to help deliver growth and scale of CoreBanking consulting services .
The role holder will contribute to growth of the portfolio of services, strategic accounts and C-level relationships globally, while also owning general practice management activities for the regional team.
The role holder will be a key partner in driving the business strategy and work with other leaders across the BFSI Domain and technology business.
Responsibilities Growth:
Work with the leadership team to help define a sound business growth strategy for CoreBanking.
Ensure the consulting business opens new business opportunities and expands Wipro's client positioning Solutions:
Identifying & defining differentiated services and solutions for various process areas within CoreBanking space Practice Management:
Manage the team of consulting professionals based onshore and offshore, including their goals & objectives, mentoring, career planning etc.
Partnerships:
Define and establish products & fintechs partnerships closely working with alliance team to nurture the partnership and also with the internal stake holders within Wipro Branding:

Proficient in the functional and technical architecture of at least two CoreBanking products more commonly used globally Good understanding of current CoreBanking trends such as Digital and Cloud, added with an understanding of the transformations taken up by leading European banks Good understanding of CoreBanking implementation methodology, and knowing complexities of large corebanking programs is critical.
Good understanding of IT delivery methodology including Agile, Scrum, Iterative etc.
Should be able to estimate / validate implementation / customization efforts of IT solutions Ownership in Solution incubation and IP creation Deep understanding of innovative customer models, products, services and business re-platforming strategies Good knowledge of the market and demand including multiple engagements across geographies Experience in consultative selling and creating client business case for value-based pitches MBA Finance or equivalent Attributes we are seeking:
Significant transformation proposition definition and engagement shaping using core and disruptive technologies to solve business problems for tangible business benefits Proven track record of generating consulting business from new and existing accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into multimillion-dollar engagements.
Experience in account planning, business development strategies and participating in large integrated deals.
