UK Wide Due to large scale growth my client, a globally recognised digital transformation studio are currently recruiting multiple UserResearcher Analysts with strong exposure of working with GDS.

As a UserResearcher you'll:
Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, developers, and other UserResearchers to plan and conduct high-impact research that helps develop a better understanding of our clients' users.
Contribute to creating better products and services that solve users' problems and meets their needs.
Lead the research for your team, suggesting the best approaches and methodologies to use to capture the right user insights.
Plan and run qualitative studies, including remote and in person interviews, observations, diary studies, concept testing and usability studies.
Use quantitative methods such as surveys to identify actionable insights and collaborate with the analytics team to enhance qualitative insights.
What skills and experience you'll bring:
Essential:
Hands-on experience of leading user research, using behavioural and attitudinal methods and knowing when to apply them appropriately.
Experience across multiple phases of a product or service life cycle, from discovery and exploration through to design and delivery.
Experience working with Government Digital Service (GDS) service standards, using GDS design principle You will be joining the growing and exciting Digital Factory community who are continually sharing knowledge and expertise.
