Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Administrator to join our McAteer team in Markham (Onsite).We are seeking a temporary Administrator who will provide full administrative support to senior executives.
The right individual has the ability to demonstrate a standard of excellence, enjoys challenges and is results-driven.The Administrator will:
Prepare board meeting materials and agendas including liaison with attendeesPlan and coordinate meetings, calendar and appointment managementManage time recording and email tracking for PresidentEdit and finalize presentations and documents, proofread to ensure accuracy and clarity of contentPrepare correspondence by email and regular mailHandle telephone enquiries in a helpful and professional mannerMaintain member communications, policies, texts and other governance documentsManage legal communications and member appeals To be successful as a Administrator with The McAteer Group of Companies, you will need:
Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience as an Administrator at a senior levelExcellent computer skills, including advanced MS office application skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)Co-operative team player with an ability to prioritize workloadExcellent customer service skills, oral and written communication skills and grammarStrong attention to detail and ability to provide high level of accuracyHandle information with confidentiality and high degree of integrityStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and deadlinesFamiliar with Diligent board portals an asset What's in it for you:
