We are seeking a customer-oriented, hard-working Agricultural Service Technician (Heavy EquipmentTechnician) to join our service department and will work on various equipment like Tractors, combines, Scrapers, Harvesters and more.
This exceptional service technician will support customers in the shop and in the field.
They’ll be a problem-solver with a get-it-done mindset.

As an Agricultural Service Technician, you'll perform basic diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer & or dealer owned agricultural & turf equipment.
You will extend support to customers in the shop and in the field, representing exceptional brands including Massey Ferguson, John Deere, Fendt, Rogator etc.
The position is based in Canada, and we are looking for someone with a desire to immigrate with his/her family.
Responsibilities Conducts preventative maintenance inspections (PMI's) which includes, engine, transmission, electrical, hydraulic, air conditioning, guidance & precision ag systems among others.
Apply the use of specialised tools, cutting edge technology, and innovative solutions to diagnose and complete complex repairs.
Perform preventative maintenance activities as per documented schedules and standards on equipment and related components.
Maintain current knowledge of John Deere agriculture products.
Knowledge of systems including diagnostics.
Adhere to company SOP’s.
Comply with Company minimum tool requirements.
Efficient time management with travelling etc.
Administrative duties Completion of job cards Accurate completion of daily reports and technician diary.
Customer service Ensure customer satisfaction is at 100% and all queries are attended to timeously.
Ensure proper communication regarding jobs in progress Requirements Preferred:
Trade certificate with 5 years + experience in John Deere, Case, Massey Ferguson or similar large tractors, combines, sprayers, harvesters, and Precision AG.
Must be able to pass IELTS (English language test).
Must be able to pass NAEDA Online Ag Technician Test Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products are a definite asset.
