Job Description:
•Manage and control crowds effectively to ensure a safe event experience.
•Monitor entrances, exits, and designated areas to prevent unauthorized access.
•Conduct regular patrols of the event venue to identify and address any potential security concerns.
•Respond promptly to any security-related incidents, emergencies, or disturbances.
•Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
•Provide excellent customer service by assisting attendees with inquiries and directions.
•Address and resolve conflicts in a professional and diplomatic manner.
•Maintain effective communication with other security personnel and event staff.
•Report any incidents or suspicious activities promptly to the supervisor or management •Enforce event rules and regulations to ensure a safe and orderly environment.
Requirements:
•First Aid CPR - Level C Certification •A Valid OntarioSecurityGuard License •Ability to attend a one-day training session (Training is scheduled every Monday from 09 AM to 05 PM) •Covid19 vaccination proof preferred •Proficient in English (both oral and written) Education Requirements (Any) High School Diploma/GED Certification Requirements (Any) Standard First Aid, CPR Level C Valid OntarioSecurity License Additional Information / Benefits PaladinSecurity has a diverse workforce.
