The role of the Field Systems Technician (IT Support) at YYZ Airport is to support, maintain, and program onsite systems used in the ongoing hospitality industry.
This includes hardware/software support, maintenance, installation, and ensuring operational effectiveness and additionally, assisting in the delivery and improvement of software/hardware systems within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting of software/hardwareImplement systems to enhance field-level operationsDesign, develop, and implement training programs as they relate to systemsActively stay current on emerging technologies and issues in support of business effortsStay abreast of significant technological developments that may impact the businessEnsure effective use and operational oversight of field-level systems QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree -or - equivalent experienceAt least 1+ year working in a similar role preferredKnowledge of network infrastructures and core componentsWorking knowledge of MS Office Suite, O365, and Windows environmentsAbility to troubleshoot level 1 hardware and software errorsExperience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and effectively communicate pertinent information to management peers OTG Concessions Management, LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates are proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace and employer.
