Inventory component 1.
Complete and/or verify all inventory transactions (Mix, production, warehouse transfers).

Analyze information to understand how problems occurred and how to make adjustments.

Produce inventory reports to help management make the best possible decisions.
Examples:
How many transactions of each type per month, Kg/hour products per machine per month.
Loss ratio by product.
Analysis of standard costs and others to come.

Train other employees to provide backup for each of the responsibilities listed in point 1.
Secondary:
Accounting (You will act as back-up) - Deposit entry - Accounts receivable follow-up - Supplier invoice entry - Supplier payments - Management of plant employee files - Other general tasks Qualifications Previous experience in inventory management and/or accounting is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of [specific industry software/tools] is a plus.
