This is a remote position.

30pm) • Start asap Responsibilities As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist, your duties may include but not be limited to:

• Collaborating with internal & external stakeholders to provide business context in the design, development and implementation of talent acquisition solutions • Supporting multiple markets across Quebec by monitoring and assessing labour market trends, competitive insights and talent acquisition innovations.

• Developing innovative sourcing or recruitment strategies to source top quality talent • Building a strategic and targeted sourcing plan for each job requisition based on research results.

Critically and accurately assessing candidate capabilities employing best practices • Persuasively sell the company employment value proposition to the identified candidates • Identifying requirements, target budget, and service timelines and acting as Talent Advisor to business leaders • Assessing talent according to the needs of the business and recommend a short list of potential candidates and influences business leaders on the highest quality candidates that meet the current and future capability needs and cultural and values fit of the organization • Partnering with hiring business leaders and People Managers to make final hiring decisions and negotiate offers with candidates.

• Creating a positive experience for each hiring business leader building credibility for the department and function.

Qualifications • Written and verbal fluency in English and French • Minimum 5 years experience in HR or Talent Acquisition capacity including at least 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and able to juggle multiple priorities at the same time while being responsive to client's needs • Experience in Retail is an asset • Agency experience is an asset Summary If you are interested in the Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist, please apply online at www.randstad.ca.
