Job SummaryThis position understands and performs general office procedures in a fast-paced office environment using effective time-management skills.
He/She communicates effectively, solves intermediate-level problems and assists with basic research needs.Responsibilities:
Answers telephone, keys data, files, etc.Prepares reports and presentations using Microsoft Word or Excel.Prepares and/or coordinates information for internal use and distribution.Prepares and maintains departmental calendars and schedules.Coordinates departmental meetings involving catering and travel arrangements for multiple parties.Performs various other tasks as assigned by supervisor and/or manager.Shift:
Monday to Friday starting at 10:
00pm and ending around 3:
00am depending on operational needs Qualifications:
