As a QualityAssuranceSpecialist, you will be supporting the business by assisting with all aspects of qualityassurance functions, operational processes and oversight of QA projects.These includes:
Ensuring the integrity of the various certification programs administered.Ensuring the compliance by the organization with the requirements of the CWB Group’s various accreditations.Maintenance of the internal quality systems.Assist with the overall maintenance and upgrades of the CWB Quality Management Systems to comply with accreditation requirements.Perform internal audits of region and head offices to demonstrate compliance with accreditation and quality system requirements.Review and approve initial company certification (CSA W47.1 etc.).Review and approve management system registrations (ISO 9001 etc.).
Other duties as assigned.In this role, you will report to the Registrar and Director, QualityAssurance.
You will be working remotely from your home office in Canada.
CWB has adopted a remote-first working model, where employees will work from their home office, servicing the client within their specified areas either remotely or in person.

Successful completion of an accredited Lead Auditor course.
(ISO 9001 etc.)Solid Industrial background in the metal fabrication area.
(Welding)Technical knowledge of Management Systems.General business knowledge; Solid understanding of the CSA welding-related standards (CSA W47.1 etc.).QualityAssurance experience (establishing, implementing, maintaining systems).Supervisory experience.Bilingual in French and English.Possess leadership and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work with minimal amount of supervision.
