On behalf of our client, a prestigious and international company with Headquarters in Luzern, we are on the search for their future Head of ERP.
This exciting position involves but is not limited to leading a team of experienced professionals, ensuring the ERP Team acts as a strategic partner to business goals and managing a global rollout of a new ERP system.
Responsibilities:
You will provide a clear vision and people leadership to a team of experienced professionals You will act as a strategic partner to the business and ensure that the ERP system enables business goals You will, together with your team and an external vendor, manage the global rollout of a new ERP system You will advise stakeholders on the efficient use of the ERP system You will ensure the adequate training and adoption of the new ERP system by the business You will manage relationship with all project stakeholders, including internal and external parties You will be responsible for managing an external vendor Profile:
You hold a Masters degree or equivalent in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field of study You are fluent in German and in English You bring over 10 years of experience, with extensive knowledge in ERP Systems and Project Management You have a background in development and or in finance Preferably you have experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 You have demonstrated experience in and take pleasure in leading a team You bring great communication skills and can communicate with different stakeholders globally You see the bigger picture.
