Look no further! We're seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a TeamLead, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our clients through the onboarding process for Assetmax and the Wealth Management Portal.
As a TeamLead, you'll lead your team in configuring and customizing solutions, while also orchestrating internal tasks with various stakeholders across our organization, such as the Content Department and Development teams.
Together, you'll manage all aspects of project management and ensure seamless delivery.
Your expertise will extend to providing comprehensive training to our clients, ensuring they're equipped to maximize the benefits of our solutions.
Additionally, you'll actively contribute to internal projects aimed at enhancing our ConsultingServices processes, driving continuous improvement within Infront.
About the role:
As a valued member of our Professional Services Management Team, you'll directly report to the Head of Professional Services.
Lead a dedicated team of 5 professionals across Zürich and Lugano.
Foster the growth and development of team members while aligning with their goals.
Take an active role in recruiting and nurturing young talent.
Ensure timely delivery of Assetmax projects and change requests in line with client agreements.
Drive internal projects to enhance ConsultingServices processes, collaborating closely with key stakeholders at Infront.

Strong communication skills are a must.
Your leadership shines, setting a positive example for your team.
A degree in Business Administration, IT, or relevant work experience is preferred.
Extensive background in portfolio management is required.
Proven track record in project management is necessary.
Good technical skills are essential.
You have a service-oriented mindset.
Fluent in both English and German for business communication.
