About the Role

As a Customer Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role across the entire customer journey

- from first contact through aftercare.


You’ll manage technical product support, guide customers through EV charger installations, and support the sales team with lead management.


This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll collaborate with technical, sales, and partner teams to deliver an exceptional experience.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide technical support for EV charging products to customers and installation partners.



  • Troubleshoot product and installation issues, collaborating with engineering where needed.



  • Lead customers through the installation process and monitor partner performance.



  • Manage and assign installers based on survey information and capacity.



  • Support the sales team by tracking and updating leads in the CRM system.



  • Create helpful documentation to streamline customer support and reduce incoming inquiries.


What We’re Looking For:



  • Native fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.


    Additional European languages (Spanish, Portuguese, German, or Dutch) are a plus.



  • 2+ years in an operations support role, ideally with technical products.



  • Experience working with CRM systems like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom.



  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong customer-first mindset.



  • Organised, proactive, data-driven, and comfortable solving complex problems.



  • Knowledge or experience in the EV charging industry is a strong advantage.


Work Environment:


You'll be based in the Paris office three days a week, working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where your contributions will directly accelerate the adoption of clean energy solutions.
