Role Description This is a full-time role for an Onboarding and CustomerSuccessSpecialist at Hostify.
In this pivotal role you will ensure our clients in the vacation rental and Airbnb sectors receive unparalleled support and service, enhancing their success and satisfaction with our platform.
Your contribution is critical to welcoming new clients to the Hostify family.
Responsibilities Guide new clients through the setup process, ensuring a seamless and positive introduction to our platform.
Use advanced internal tools to streamline client setup and migration, ensuring a smooth start.
Conduct training sessions to empower clients with the knowledge and tools for success.
Serve as the first point of contact for new clients, offering support and resolving queries through our ticketing system, email and WhatsApp.
Collaborate closely with the development team to relay client feedback and ensure the product continuously evolves to meet client needs.
Proactively monitor and address any onboarding issues, facilitating a smooth transition for clients.
Regularly collect and analyze client feedback to improve the onboarding experience.
Requirements Experienced in client onboarding, customer service, or a similar role, ideally within the tech or travel industry.
Must have a background in a Property Management Company.
Adept at managing and executing client-facing activities, with a knack for making technical information accessible to non-technical users.
A proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
Exceptional at communication and relationship-building, capable of creating a positive experience for every client.
A quick learner who is technically savvy, comfortable with multitasking and thriving in a dynamic environment.
Fluent in English and French, both verbally and in writing.
Proficiency in Spanish and/or additional languages is a significant plus.
