We're Hiring:

Divisional Super Key User & Project Lead UKG Pro HRIS Implementation A global leader in high-performance building solutions is looking for a Divisional Super Key User & Project Manager to spearhead the UKG Pro HRIS implementation across multiple locations.

This role is crucial in ensuring seamless system integration, effective user adoption, and ongoing optimization.

Location:

Flexible (France, Germany, Poland, Belgium) Travel:

Up to 50% (varies based on project phase) Contract:

Permanent, Full-Time Your Role:

Lead HRIS Implementation & Project Management Oversee the end-to-end UKG Pro HRIS implementation , from planning to deployment.

Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables .

Coordinate with HR, IT, and senior leadership to ensure smooth execution.

Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the project timeline or performance.

System Configuration & Testing Define system requirements and align configurations with business needs.

Ensure smooth data migration and system integration across all HRIS modules.

Conduct system testing and resolve any technical issues before launch.

User Training & Adoption Develop training materials and deliver workshops for HR and end-users.

Provide hands-on support to drive successful system adoption .

Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting and user inquiries.

Data Management & Continuous Improvement Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HRIS functions.

Generate custom reports and analytics to support HR and business decision-making.

Drive future HR module enhancements , including recruitment, talent management, and training.

What We're Looking For:

â?? Project management experience in HRIS/IT implementations within international organizations.

â?? HRIS system knowledge is a must (UKG Pro experience is a big plus).

â?? Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

â?? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

â?? Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
