Partner with senior leadership to integrate L&D, DEI, and Engagement into business strategy â?? Champion HR innovation , leveraging technology to enhance learning and people development What We're Looking For:
â?? 7 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, or Talent Management â?? Strong expertise in L&D, DEI, and Employee Engagement within global organizations â?? Business acumen, strategic thinking, and project management skills â?? Experience working in a multinational environment with cross-cultural collaboration â??
