6 teams (liquidity, bridge, exchange, connectivity, tokenisation & compliance).Head of Product, VP Engineering, 20+ developers, 2 PM and 1 designers In this role you will:
Build and grow our marketing, communicationsteams, coordinating their activities across our key audiences and stakeholders.Leverage data and user insights, and think strategically to develop and refine brand positioning Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that maximize conversion with prospective customersCreate, plan and execute go-to-market strategies and campaigns for new products and services, ensuring successful product launches and ongoing marketing campaignsMeasure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and inform decision-making.Oversee and coordinate communications across all marketing channels,Work directly with the product and engineering teams to coordinate and run marketing experiments as new products and services are releasedManage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure ROI on marketing investments.
