YOU WILL As part of its growth, Goodness & Co is recruiting an IMPACTDIRECTOR to develop and serve our clients in their business model transformation for positive impact.
Support CEOs and leadership team becoming a force for good, from purpose to practice.
Encourage business to define and bring their purpose to life.
Promote synergies between economic performance and social & environmental progress, with sustainability as a compass of decision.
Guide our clients to build regenerative models such as Entreprise à Mission or B Corp / Benefit Corporation.
Foster more collaborative and inclusive governance to best engage the power of people in the transformation.
Collaborate with stakeholders and partners for a greater impact.
Develop Goodness & Co activity.
Build Goodness & Co capabilities, across the board as far as team, services, and partnerships.
Work collaboratively in a group dynamic often virtual, proficient in agile ways of working.
PROFILE :
Above all, we are looking for a proactive, strategic thinker, rigorous and enthusiastic candidate.
10/15 years professional experience in business or strategic consultancy in large corporate international demanding environments.
Leadership experience in major business transformations related to positive impact/ESG/ sustainability.
Strong ambition to make business a force for good.
Outstanding interpersonal skills to manage executive client relations, interact with key stakeholders.
Business fluency in French and English, given the international dimension of our work.
Be flexible with an agile way of working, ready to live a young boutique and evolve in a fast-changing environment.
Bring a curious and creative mindset to contribute to our capability building in a collaborative mindset.
The role is based in Paris or Lyon.
We are looking for 3 Directors role:
1 with a strong business transformation background, 1 with sustainable finance background, with a good understanding of the financial mechanisms and extra financial reporting.
1 with a meaningful experience in governance, serving Board's agenda.
