Key Results/Accountabilities expected from the role Your main responsibility will be on the following missions:
Manage vehicle delivery planning Monitor and manage the tracking of vehicle on site Ensure end to end of the whole life cycle (After production to delivery) Coordinate and follow up damages units on site with involved parties Handle fleet operations Ensure timely and accurate receipt of all documentation related to new vehicle orders Ensure proper administrative handling of all outbound vehicle orders Generate and provide requested reports on port and logistics activities Coordinate vehicle delivery activities with relevant suppliers:
car terminal, customs agent, transportation company etc..

Ensure all inventory is accounted for at any moment in time, including the establishment and implement of strong control mechanisms Maintain smooth communication with internal and external parties Arrange payments and process claims following internal procedures Experience & Educational background & Expertise Education background in Logistics/Supply Chain or a related field is preferred Relevant experience with logistics/supply chain processes (junior profile accepted) Perfect command both oral and written in French and English Proficiency in MS Office applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse parties, team esprit Strong organizational and time-management skills Driving License Be part of our SAIC MotorFrance team and apply now ï¼ Send your English CV to careermgmotor.fr Candidates with less experiences will be considered for a junior position.
