We are seeking a Medical Advisor at our office in France, within the medical affairs organization.

Reporting to the EU Regional Medical Affairs Head, the person will be responsible for KOL management, executing medical affairs strategy, and creating effective medical education and engagement programs.

In addition, the candidate will help to establish patient advocacy with patient communities and champion the patient perspective within the company.

The right candidate will be an excellent communicator with an ability to develop meaningful relationships, a strategic thinker that can bridge the complexities of patient care and drug development and access, a collaborator who can successfully lead and influence external and internal stakeholders, and a highly motivated self-starter who is comfortable innovating in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced company environment.

Responsibilities Build a network through engagement and scientific exchange with opinion leaders to generate insights on value, access and pharmaco-economic aspects of our products Seek advice on unmet needs for patients and other stakeholders Co-develop/validate appropriate & relevant scientific content for conferences, briefings, meetings & other policy-related activities/initiatives Assist in the planning of new campaigns and launch activities Be an ambassador for Biocon Biologics and its products Prioritise patient safety through the application of scientific knowledge & standards and by being compliant with all applicable local regulations in all initiatives undertaken by the organisation Work cross-functionally to prepare and to review & sign off various materials & content (promotional/non-promotional, educational,/online/print HCP/patient-targeted etc.) Support evidence generation in line with strategy, addressing concerns/feedback from the HCPs, patients, and other stakeholders Drive publications/online content/white papers to support the value and differentiation of our products Collaborate with the training team in updating and reviewing slide decks/manuals and other relevant materials Promote patient centricity within Biocon Biologics Support the successful processing of medical information enquiries with valid scientific responses Promote diversity & inclusion in clinical trials, and data and get involved in ESG objectives as it pertains to medical affairs Together with the global clinical development team, formulate meaningful real-world evidence studies, and support clinical strategy and execution related to registration and post-registration clinical trials.

Other basic requirements:

Ability to interact with senior internal and external stakeholders Attention to detail and taking accountability Ability to work across more than a few therapy areas including Immunology, Oncology, Diabetology Create sense of purpose and inspiration in the team>4 years' experience working in each of the areas of Immunology/Inflammation, Oncology and/or Diabetes in matrix/cross-functional teams Good knowledge of health economics and the local market access environment Collaborate with colleagues in the region to share knowledge and learnings Proficient in the use of MS office, Veeva Vault and other relevant applications Substantial knowledge and understanding of standard operating procedures and guidelines relevant to medical affairs operations, including the industry code of conduct/ethics and regulations governing interactions with HCPs Proven understanding of the needs of individuals living with cancer and chronic diseases like diabetes or other immune-mediated inflammatory diseases as well as pressing public health issues, both at the pharmacy and HCP levels.

Proficient in French & English Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (degree in life sciences, or medicine) Minimum 05 years of medical affairs, patient access, and advocacy experience in the biopharmaceutical, or relevant non-profit or payer industry Must be willing and able to travel (approximately 50%) regionally.

May cover regions outside assigned territory to support key activities as needed.
