We have an opportunity for an ApplicationSupportAnalyst to join our partners ApplicationSupport team in the heart of Leeds and help provide the organisation flawless support and have an impact in supporting a plethora of new apps to support lawyers and partners of the Law firm.
The organisation is undergoing an exciting business transformation and has invested significantly in their IT, focussing on Apps, Infrastructure, Networking and Security - In joining this leading organisation you will be part of delivering a tech transformation and driving excellence every step of the way.
The ApplicationSupportAnalyst will be a living and breathing champion in delivering bespoke service and solutions.
They would be driven and enthusiastic about creating a service that partners will find easy to use and make suggestions for where changes could be made to improve the user experience.
You will need to be comfortable with SQL databases, having an understanding of virtualisation technologies such as VMWare would be helpful too.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual, able to communicate with stakeholders and deliver results effectively, liaising with teams across the organisation to provide a truly special outcome.
Experience of interest:
Experience providing ApplicationSupport within a commercial environment.
