We are looking for BuildingSurveyors to join our team.
We work for a varied client base, from private individuals, SMEs, and regional and national clients providing a broad range of works.
Varied workload and can be tailored to suit experience and expertise to allow candidate to specialise in their desired field.
Existing workload includes the following job types and can be tailored to candidates skills and personal preferences Dilapidations, Neighbourly matters, Residential and Commercial Building Surveys, Schedules of Condition, Project Monitoring, Reinstatement Cost, Assessments, Contract Administration, Project Work, CDM Duties.
The role has excellent prospects for progression within the firm, with a clear career pathway, this position is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual.
Experience:
2+ years as a BuildingSurveyor Hours:
Full time role but happy to consider part time, flexible working.
