Adecco Public is partnering with an organisation who is looking to engage a Senior BusinessIntelligence Analyst for a permanent position.
The Business Analytics department supports all areas of the organisation in understanding and preparing data and reports for presentation or use.
You will be merging data from multiple sources and providing key analysis and decision-making information for clinical, financial, and operational activities within the organisation.

Duties and responsibilities:
- * You will be responsible for line-managing a small team of analysts as well as working on large reporting projects, smaller ad-hoc queries, working with both local commissioners and NHS England, and supporting continuous improvement within the Business Analytics team through improvements to reporting processes.
* You will be an expert in the analysis of complex datasets and data you have mined from databases and/or data warehouses.
* You will have the appropriate skills to design, develop, generate, and maintain reports.
* You will demonstrate your attention to detail, check the accuracy of your reporting, and have a flare for deriving new insights and conclusions to help guide business decisions.
* You will be able to make difficult decisions about workload, capacity, and priority, then communicate this to the wider business.
* You will be able to understand the current status of multiple projects and work-streams, and be able to provide concise updates on these when requested.
* You will be delivering large-scale reporting products via sprints Skills and experience:
