CARETEAMLEADER REQUIRED AT A BEAUTIFUL, FRIENDLY, SMALL RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME IN CHIPSTEAD, SEVENOAKS - £12.82 - £14.82 PER HOUR WITH ENHANCEMENTS - 37 HOURS PER WEEK.
Beautiful, friendly small residential care home, surrounded by beautiful gardens, based in Chipstead, Sevenoaks is seeking a CARETEAMLEADER for adults with physical disabilities.
As a teamleader, you will be motivate and supervise your team, ensuring the delivery of care., personal support, daily living tasks and activities for our service users.
You will also provide support to help residents attain their full potential, maximising their options available, encouraging choice, participation and motivation.
Ideal applicant for the CARETEAMLEADER role NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care Currently a teamleader or senior care assistant.
Be experienced in working in a relevant care setting.
Have experience of supervising a team.
Be happy to work alternate weekends.
Experience of administering medication and writing and updating support plans.
To organise and manage a rostering process so that sufficient staff are provided at all times.
Doing supervision and appraisals.
