We are looking for a couple of kitchen team members to come on board as good all rounders to support our small team.
Experience is essential but we are also happy to develop keen and willing people who don't have a boatload of experience.
The team has an ambitious café menu, cooking with seasonal and fresh ingredients and we are always continually developing.
A Café only by name, we aim to exceed expectations & never let our small size stop us or what we do, serving simple dishes to more refined menus.
Cooking seasonally and with the best ingredients, we take huge pride in sourcing the most amazing local suppliers and sharing what they do with you.

About you As a chef you will be able to bring a positive and motivational attribution to the kitchen to help us build on what we do and strive for excellence every day.
You will have outstanding stamina and passion, along with an infectious ability to spread this throughout the team and to adapt to our fast paced and ever changing busy hub of the property.
We are open 7 days a week but you will have a sociable finish time of 3/4pm - leaving your evenings free, your days will consist of straight shifts but your ability to be flexible is vital.
Main responsibilities:
You will be able to execute all dishes on the menu as per our specification Deliver daily mise en place requirements Ability to keep an eye on stock levels, to create new working lists.
Learn about ingredients and our amazing producers.
Pro-actively assisting colleagues and working towards a common goal of exceeding customers expectation and serving the best, freshest food within time frames.
Ensure your section is set for the next day, leaving a well maintained section.
Share your knowledge and passion within the whole team, to enable us to continue to be the driving force.
Developing & maintaining standards with an eye for detail across the whole kitchen operation, including food hygiene.
Managing stock levels, rotation and looking after our great ingredients.
