Position Overview At the beginning of your journey, you'll be up-skilled in our clients marketing leading cloud-data visualization product.
You'll also begin to talk with their customers and understand their industries, build relationships and know their pain points inside and out.
Once you've found your feet, you will be growing your own team of Product Advocate/CustomerSuccess professionals.
Your team will be instrumental in using what they've learnt from their customers to provide insight to their Product & Marketing teams.
You'll also share your expertise with their customers and provide meaningful guidance to help them apply our clients product to a variety of use cases, solving problems and adding value with every interaction.
Your Experience Experience working for a software product or software solutions based company Experience working in a CustomerSuccess or Product Advocate based role Experience with management or exposure to team leadership would be beneficial, as you'll be growing a team.
A passion for understanding user experience - this could be from a customer research, data analysis, customersuccess, or a design perspective.
Comfortable operating at scale.
Product-led growth opens up a lot of volume.
An exceptional communicator, with a gift for gauging your audience and fine-tuning your language to suit.
