This business provides architectural leadership to enterprise scale, prestigious, public facing central government digital services with highly complex technical landscapes who are looking to deliver major digital transformations.
Youll require the following skills and experience:
Deep DataArchitecture experience in enterprise scale, big data environments Expert knowledge of AWS data technologies (e.g.
Glue, EMR, MSK) Expert knowledge of big data technologies (e.g.
HBase, Kafka, Cassandra) Extensive experience devising data strategies Experience of Microservices based architectures Experience in design, build and delivery of data warehouses, analytics platforms, data lakes, event sourced systems Extensive hands on software engineering background (Java, Scala, Python, Spring Boot) Good knowledge of market leading data technologies and solutions Strong documentation and excellent stakeholder management skills Ability to understand and challenge technical designs and configurations Ability to lead data engineering teams and software developers A willingness to work 1-2 days per week in the office Must be eligible for SC Clearance £115k-£125k + bonus + benefits.
