Joining GreeneKing as a DesignateGeneralManager is a fantastic opportunity for experienced GeneralManagers or Assistant Managers to develop into our high profile, leadership roles.With our fast-track training, you could be managing your own pub within six months.
As a DesignateGeneralManager, you'll experience a mixture of on-the-job and online training, relief and holding manager positions, as well as continued support and review from your line manager.
Our DesignateGeneralManager programme is designed for experienced managers working in a retail, service, customer-facing industry or non-branded pub environment.
You'll need to be flexible, willing to travel and have the drive and determination to succeed.
