We are looking for a Food & BeverageAssistantManager (Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave) to lead the Food & Beverage team at the World of Wedgwood, Barlaston, Stoke-on-Trent.
Reporting to the Food & BeverageManager, you will manage the daily restaurant operation within World of Wedgwood and focus on team training and development in order to deliver the ultimate visitor experience for all guests.
In addition, you will prepare and deliver events and conferences.
To be a successful Food & BeverageAssistantManager you will:
have experience of managing a team, to include team development, creating rosters and managing holidays demonstrate confidence and enthusiasm in meeting, greeting and building a rapport with customers be confident in using Gamma, Collins & Hospitality systems for bookings and ticket handling possess outstanding attention to detail and forward planning have the ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team, including the wider World of Wedgwood team be well presented with a can-do attitude Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.
This is a Fixed Term Contract (up to 12 months) to cover maternity leave.
It is a full-time role working 39 hours per week over 5 days from 7, opening days are Wednesday - Sunday.
