We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR BusinessPartner to join a global financial services organisation and help deliver the people agenda which is aligned to the business strategy.You will have HR BusinessPartnering experience from the financial services sector with solid foundations as a HR Generalist, both operational and strategic to support Talent Management and Talent Development to work with the business area to build capability and capacity with the line managersYou will be working with a highly collaborative team on the following:
Support managers with people management including advice for changes to employment terms, workforce planning, pay & rewards, performance objectives and appraisals, and general guidance with UK employment legislationProvide advice on the development and implementation of HR processes and policiesDesign, deliver and implement performance management and learning & development requirements for the businessProvide support on talent management and development initiatives such as implementing and advising on job levelling frameworks and career development pathwaysCollaborate with other HR team members to regularly review and interpret data collected from employee engagement and D&I surveys, and gender pay gap reporting, and help to identify any trends, risks, and opportunities for HR to further improve the culture and workplaceAs an ideal fit for this position you will have the following experience:
Experience of working in an HR Generalist role ideally within financial services with good knowledge and experience of working with FCA conduct rules and SM&CR requirementsCIPD or relevant professional HR qualificationExperience of partnering with line managers across the full spectrum of HR including performance and talent management, employee on-boarding, probation management, pay & rewards, investigations, grievances, disciplinaries, terminations and absence management.Solid knowledge and application of best-practice HR and strong employment law knowledge.Excellent communication and influencing skillsAbility to utilise initiative and take responsibility to provide quick and effective solutions McGregor Boyall is an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on any grounds.
