What's involved? As HeadChef you are going to oversee a kitchen team of 7 chefs and 2 kitchen porters Naturally as HeadChef you will be developing the menu in order to continue to build the amazing reputation Not only we you be cooking, you will also be adept at stock control and ensuring your GPs are hit No one likes a dull HeadChef and you will be bringing your flair, imagination, leadership and professionalism to the get the very best out of the team.
