The HeadWaiter provides direction to the waiting team and maintains the highest quality of hospitality to our guests, guaranteeing that everything they need is catered for and that everything they receive is at top standard.
They ensure the team and guests understand all of our food & drink options, have everything they need to play their activity and also provide that little more that isn't on our menu.
They make sure everything is clean, organised and setup for every shift, and that the team are energised and giving our guests the best time.
