It is currently looking to appoint a Solicitor to join its team in Birmingham that specialises in providing advice to clients across the health and social care sectors.
You will be undertaking a diverse caseload of healthcare matters made up of Court of Protection welfare cases, matters relating to the Mental Health Act / Mental Capacity Act 2005 and deprivation of liberty safeguards.
THE CANDIDATE:
he successful Solicitor will have at least 4 years’ PQE working for clients in the healthcare or public sectors, with a proven track record handling complex Court of Protection cases and matters relating to the Mental Health Act.
