My client is currently looking for a 2nd/3rd LineSupportTechnician to join their team.
You will be involved in supporting the Windows Infrastructure of 4 sites of the group.
You will be primarily dealing with 2nd and 3rd line IT support issues.
You will carry out routine maintenance of computer hardware, resolve IT faults, install and configure computer hardware and software and maintain server back-ups.
You will also work closely with the project team to ensure the projects are completed in a time effective and efficient manor.

You will be joining one other IT technician and you with provide IT Support across the 4 sites.
Key Skills (Not All Essential):
Windows Server Microsoft Networks Windows 10 Office 365 Active Directory LAN and WAN technologies, VLAN, wireless, DNS and DHCP PC hardware iPads, Laptops and Desktop troubleshooting and fault-finding ITIL experience This role offers a number of benefits including; 25 days holidays, private healthcare, progression, management opportunities and many more!
